When Your Account Is Deleted
The following information will be permanently removed:
Account information
Learning progress
Saved words
Bookmarks
User preferences
Account-related learning data
Analytics associated with your account will be deleted where reasonably possible or retained only in anonymized form for statistical analysis.
Certain records may be retained where required by applicable law or for security purposes.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account using the Delete Account option within the ZOUXING app, or by contacting ZOUXING support to request account deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

ZOUXING 앱 내 계정 삭제 기능을 이용하거나 ZOUXING 고객지원으로 문의하여 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제는 영구적이며 삭제 후 복구할 수 없습니다.
